Dog tag help please

Hi, can anyone please help me identify this dog tag. I’ve been told 41, 2497, 7627. Is the 41 the 41st infantry regiment ?

He was drafted into the Central 41 unit for inland training (code for 16th and 53rd Engineer Regiments) where he was given his serial number of 2497. From there, he was assigned to field unit 祭７２６７. That particular unit number is missing from the code list, but the closest number on the list was 7263, which was for the 163rd Airfield Construction Unit and 7268 for the 168 Vehicle Pool HQ. Anyhow the Kanji code of 祭 signifies it was a component of the 15th Division.
