German-Japanese medal & ribbon bar

My first time in this section.

I have found this image of a medal bar and its corresponding ribbon bar.



I have no problem with the first two decorations: EK2 1939 and Rettungsmedaille 1933. But I don't understand anything about Imperial Japan decorations.
Any help will be appreciated.

The Japanese medal with the green leaves is an Order of the Rising Sun 7th class and the last one is Order of the Scared Treasure 8th class.
