Help with Japanese medal / badge, what is it?

I have got myself some medals since i thought it would be nice to have some and not just sake stuff. :-)

I have looked thru Nicks articles but havent found this one that i have got.
Anyone who knows what it could be?

That is just a membership badge for some obscure patriotic association from Haguri Nakashima County of Gifu Prefecture. Hope you did not pay too much for it.

Nop didnt pay much for that one it was in a very cheap lot of medals.
