Sorry, but the writing on the flag is Janapese (fake). It is trying to say "pre-induction replacement", probably copied from a replacement personnel passbook. The dog tag's coded unit designation is 12025, which stood for the 77th Inft. Regiment. They were decimated by the Americans in 1944 in Ormoc Philippines. Normally their code number should be preceded by the Kanji for leopard 豹
