Google translator does not translate everything from this .
It only says store/ buy clothes at Tokugawa elementery school ??

Lesson learned:
Never trust in electronic translators ;-)

And I give it up uploading pictures with my tablet...

I agree that the tunic was reworked. And I do not think that there had been collar tabs on it. When they had been rolled in the collar as described above there should be traces of cloth left. And I do not see any hinds that the collar was opened to remove the patches...

But for a fleemarked find it is acceptable
