Hi, can someone tell me about these swords

Article about: Hello, I’m trying to get more info on these 2 swords in order to help describe them better. Any help would be appreciated. Maybe who they’re signed by? 1) Original Signed Japanese Early

    I cannot read the Smiths names, but the date is 1935. The small stamp is the showa stamp which means it was not traditionally made.

    Is the covering on the scabbard made of canvas, with a leather and cap? If so, those are pretty rare.

    It seems to have been made for a civilian purchase originally, then re-fitted for the war.

    Thank you, and Yes Sir the scabbard is canvas with a leather end cap.
