IJN Canteens help

I just acquired 2 Japanese Navy Canteens that I'm hoping for some help with. I've always wanted one of these in my collection. The first one has writing on the front.
I think it is 8 ? 1 0 5. Can anyone tell me what the second character is?

The second has kanji on the strap. 1 is sewn, the other two written:

I may be wrong but I think the kanji is 砲 for artillery

8 Artillery 105

二中一小三( ? ) 梅田
2nd company, 1st platoon, No 3 (unknown character) - Family name. Many pronunciations of this name, could be Ameda, Umeta, Uroda, etc. Best to write the Kanji down!
Couldn't figure out the one character but I feel it's 分 but missing a stroke

The last photo is really faint so I can't make anything out with certainty

Looks like that missing kanji might be 分 for section, missing the second stroke. I'm thinking 3rd Section
