Can we see the family name embroidered in the cap and jacket linings?

I would not call this a court uniform, but rather an army dress uniform. A court uniform would be ones worn in Imperial court by court officials.

Nick, what is the difference between a army dress uniform and a court uniform?

Court uniforms are uniforms worn at the imperial court by the emperor's servants etc. Dress uniforms are for all dress occasions not limited to the imperial court. Example of a court uniform shown below.
