I would not call this a court uniform, but rather an army dress uniform. A court uniform would be ones worn in Imperial court by court officials.
I'll look to today and see if I can find a family name.

Court uniforms are uniforms worn at the imperial court by the emperor's servants etc. Dress uniforms are for all dress occasions not limited to the imperial court. Example of a court uniform shown below.
