    The family name is 保徳 and first name is 、But both can be read in so many ways that it is meaningless to give you all the possible combinations. Ask a specialist in that field for the reading

    I did some looking around and found this. It shows an inrō 印籠 and the maker 保徳, but does not say how the name is pronounced.

    The description states it is a work of contemporary artists, and the publication is dated 1915.

    Well Excuse me, I've been dealing with family illness and didn't realize that you were answering my post for Immediate online recognition.
