Japanese Medical Sake Cup Translation

Just needed help translating this sake cup. Any help is appreciated.

I think this is from a location that today is in North Korea. There are a couple of kanji I'm not sure of so I've highlighted them in green.

南殷栗郡赤十字分三回緫会
Nan Eunyul-gun Red Cross Section Third General Meeting
Eunyul County

• Now North Korea
• 緫 I had a hard time with this kanji ... I finally figured out that it is the old form of 総 meaning "general/all/entrie/whole.

贈大キ酒店
[Gift] Great [?] Liquor Store

• I can't clearly see the first kanji, but it might be 贈 [gift]; I can't make out that one kanji that looks like キ -- it does not look like 半 ...?
