Photo too poor for reading. At least I agree with Guy on the last Kanji. Scores of family names start with Matsu (Pine) in Japan, so making that connection is a really Long Shot at this stage.

I believe I've found the Matsuya Store in a wartime video "Know Your Enemy" on Netflix. Is it Matsuya, or the Matsuyama owned Gunto Sei Saku Jo?
