My japanese flag

Hi all, a couple years ago i bought this japanese flag, and i want to share it with you, as far as i know it's original, and the name of the soldier it's something like "Toshido Itshida"

Can anyone please tell me something more about the kanjis? i don't have a clue about japanese lenguaje, the seller told me the name of the owner, and that is written something like "certain victory". I suppose that the small kanjis are the family and friends best wishes, but if anyone could tell me more about what is written would be great!

The flag is to a Mr. Ishida Shunzō.

Can Taka-san or Nick-san translate this better?

Left: ...武運長久を祈る BuUn ChouKyu wo Inoru [Praying for Everlasting Fortunes in War]

Right: 必勝 Hisshyo [Total Victory!]

The rest are names.
