Some time ago I told you that I was lucky enough to buy an air force collection.
These are some items from it.
Never saw one with the colorbranch on it here in europe.

This coat appears to be from Special Duty Flight Sublieutenant Kawai Makoto (川合誠). He served in the 12th Naval Air Group in China and later as an instructor in Japan.
