It appears to be Taisho, but the absence of a numeral makes precise dating unlikely...
Unless, of course, it indicates the first year of Taisho (1912)...?
Looks like 大 on both mess kits which would be a contraction for Taisho
大正
Taishō
The other mark is Ta
田
Which might be the inspector (e.g., Tanaka 田中)
The mystery kanji could be either
佑 Yū
or
依 Yori
They are kanji used in given names; I've not yet found a surname with those two kanji, so their use on the mess kit is still a puzzle.
I'm not 100% certain of my two choices because of the stamp itself .... there is a gap that could either be a mis-strike, or perhaps it is a different kanji that I cannot make out.
But that's the best I can offer.

Thank you very much Guy
I make some research and the mess kit is a Meiji model probably introducing after Russo-Japanese war, this model will be sobstituite from RO model in showa era, but is easy see it in service during all war. It is littlebit more small of showa perhaps because before the rise was chopped.
If Guy can translate we can learn more, thanks Guy
Here the 2 models in use at the same time during war
The 2 cannons in the engrave are from Osaka artillery farm
Any more info for develop this my small contribution is wellcome
Thanks
