I cannot find it .... so I must not be reading it correctly. It looks like it has the 廴 radical.

I'm wondering if it is 建 [build]..... but the 聿 "brush" portion does not look (to me) like the kanji on your stamp???

That's what it looks to me: 建

Wait for the ID-experts to voice opinion. I'm really not sure if I'm seeing that kanji correctly.
