Any idea on the 4 characters? I read two. 12 o'clock 凌 , 9 o'clock 波 。They read as 凌波. The next are usually 飛渡 in a 4 word phrase. The 3 o'clock looks like 飛. I'm not sure about the 6 o'clock.
