Unusual Parade Military Style Belt - IJA or Firebrigade Belt?

Greetings all,
I am trying to figure out what this belt is.
It has many similar characteristics to a military parade sword belt but there is no sign of a sword hanger. There is however what appears to be a bayonet frog or similar (a WWII IJA bayonet fits it perfectly). The buckle has no markings or design.
I think it has some age. The leather is in quite nice condition. It has almost no leather smell left and the hardware looks quite old.
Has anyone else ever seen one like this? Cheers & the very best regards!

Non standard belt. My guess is youth related such as military school or academy. That holder might be for flag bearer not bayonet
