Blue/brown is for company-grade officers. The color looks a bit off, but that could be due to lighting, monitor resolution, etc.

The color is certainly new to me. The fabric seems to be off, too. It's thin. It's different.

That last one has the Iada latch (sp?) that closes when the sword is withdrawn, covering the saya opening.
