WWII Signed Silk Japanese Hinomaru Flag translation request
Hello,
Would appreciate any translation assistance with this WWII signed silk Japanese Hinomaru flag. Flag measures 27 1/2" X 32", cloth corner tabs with strings.
Thanks,
D.

My elementary translating skills have come up with "KIMO INODA"
Name Translation correction by Nick Komiya: "You ended up trying to read the name backwards in postwar style. It is Chikao Uchida. Read this about wartime Japanese basics Kamikaze Course on Self Defense Japanese"

Not sure what the first Kanji is but the next four, I think, are the popular wartime slogan: Buun Chokyu or "May your Military Fortune Be Long Lasting" ?
Is the first Kanji "Prayer ? or I Pray ?" so it would read: " I Pray that your Military Fortune Be Long Lasting"
