    Doubled sided printed Yokosuka navy Arsenal flag. 14" X 10 3/4" Wish I could get a clear shot of red ink stamp. Its sleeved for a pole. I wonder if it was intended for a vehicle fender flag? Curious what's the significance of "No.91" ? I also posted this on Navy Arsenal post
