You would be better served looking for the Feller & Feller book: "Silent Witnesses"

Just to add, the Campbell book is very good...it is just that with the numerous added images, the Feller & Feller work is much better for somebody looking to get into collecting the camp related currency and such.

The Feller book is also not easy to find, right? I tried it without success.
