Unusual variant of a 50pf Oranienburg lagergeld

I came across this rather unusual variant of a 50pf Oranienburg lagergeld, with an "invalid" serial number. It doesn't look like the catalog types, but also not like the many fakes circulating. Perhaps it's a new type of fake, but I'm surprised a forger would go to the trouble of redesigning the note to add the serial number slot. Does anyone here have further insights?

This is not an unusual variant at all. It is a fantasy design. The original Oranienburg tokens were of a different format and have been shown on this forum.
