Unfortunately your cross is not an authentic example. And it doesn't go with the Souval packet accompanying it.
The design of cross you show is one which has appeared over the last few years, copying traits from a number of different makers, Poellath, Boerger and some Pfzorheim companies to mention a few.
The "stems" in the middle of the oakleaves are a good indication to this one being a dud. I have a fake 1st Class cross which I think has come from the same die albeit, without swords...
