I don't know how often a certificate can be found without an award date on it. The date should appear after 'Berlin'. I would definitely recommend posting it in the paperwork forum.
The ribbon on the KVK is a fake however so things may not be all they appear. As they say, buy the item, not the story.......

Adrian here is the comparison of the 2 ribbons, I notice the one on this thread is wider than my original I have posted both to compare, but I cannot tell the difference otherwise. I did the black light test it passed, so please educate me the difference Thank you Adrian very much
The one on the left is the one in question, the one of the right I know is original.

Is the ribbon on the cross faded, or are the are light areas on the black reflection because the material is shiny?

The ribbon looks fine to me what are you seeing Adrian that makes it a fake?
