The E.Reitz company never made these buckles. In fact they ordered their buckles themselves with a Belgian company.
All these Belgian made buckles have the same features : big nob for the pin that holds the claw, rude assembled hook and a silver like paint.

Indian Caps made uniforms and buckles from 1964 on, not during the war.(in that time they did paparworks)
So , where were they made?????

The name wasn't Indian Caps at that time, but Van Koetsem.
I empty the whole stock or should I say the remaining stock, because many visitors, before me, took some with them as a souvenir (if you see what I mean!). But still the left overs where like about 50.000 die's.
I still got some, but nog for long anymore because I am closing down too.
The family was very anxious about all the paperwork regarding the Van koetsem / Indian Cap's entreprise, and didn't left any. So I can not say when they exactly started and what they did, but when I cleaned the whole building I had like twenty different dies with swastika's among the pile. So my guess is; Van Koetsem must have made buckles and insigna's during the war.
