Hello. Nice set. Maker - "Richard Sieper & Sohne" (R.S.&S.) or "Berg & Nolte" (B&N). See the mark on the buckle, also the mark (and year) is on the leather tab of buckle.

hello, forgot to look at tab till now, put in a display case & forgot, I can make out a R and S on buckle, prongs & buckle are magnetic.
