    guys ever seen these interesting marks? not just the look -- size and placement -- of them is odd to me, it seems the letters and date are RAISED. maybe non-military re-issue? property control marks? (by the way, belt came with an unmarked 4-bent tab alu buckle) thanks a lot - especially for a quick reaction!
