Help with Unit Marking on Luftwaffe Dagger

Hello, all!

My good buddy Josh just picked up a 1st pattern Luftwaffe Dagger with "L.P.P. 15" engraved on the scabbard throat and cross guard.

Could anyone help us nail down exactly what "L.P.P. 15" means? A unit abbreviation, perhaps?

I have no idea Joe, but I have seen the L.P.P. on only the first pattern Luft.

I believe it is Luftwaffen-Pionier-Park..which would be a supply dump or depot ?
