Been a while since my last post. Need opinions on this dagger have a chance to purchase along with other items. He wants 600.00 dollars the four items I will be posting the other items.

The stamp on the blade is WMW over WAFFEN

I think it is a good one. A very uncommon maker, aka Max Weyersberg.

Looks fine to me IMO!

I like the rare makers mark. I had an army dagger that said 'WAFFEN' but it was etched and if I remember correctly it was made by 'Siegfried'. Also, you may want to find a replacement handle due to yours being chipped.

A few issues here:

The hangers are not Luftwaffe but are Heer Officers daggers hangers.

By replacing the chipped grip it would become yet another messed with parts dagger.

If you want some perfect, buy an item in that condition and don't mess with something original, but damaged.
