It's a post war reproduction, or if impolite, a fake. You need to see the last thread started by "Thebryguy" "Incredibly rare Luftwaffe General...etc"
The WKC trade mark shown was not used on blades by WKC before 1945. As to the actual provenance, I suspect there is none but quite possibly this, like Thebryguy's example were made for Jim Atwood in the 1960's, if not an Indian creation. As for the portepee, it looks like one of the Jim Atwood creations as well.
I'm not aware of any evidence that the WKC prototype General sword was actually made before 1945. Goring decided he preferred the Eickhorn version.
