Looks like someone has removed the hanger rings from the scabbard.
I see nothing that jumps out as bad, But You have done an excellent job of hiding the makers mark so No idea if the dagger is good or not.

And the grip wrap wire is also missing. I'm no expert, but so far I agree nothing stands out as bad. Late war daggers would sometimes have that wooden grip coated in a sort of plastic. If it were given to you, the price is always right.
Hi from what I can see, wire wrap around grip is missing, has damage to the grip, and like Sarge said hanger rings are missing from scabbard, but it looks ok as far as authentic goes. If there is a makers mark, a photo of it would help.

It is is 1940 -1941 mark for Alcoso.
