My Mauser Luger 1940

Article about: I disagree with your opinion, I saw Mauser luger with "57" on the side plate and it was also stamped up-side -down , I think it could be during the luger manufacture

    Welcome!
    The sideplate does not match.
This is not considered a matching pistol in the US.
    Cheers,

Why? I think you are mistaken, the side plate has the same number as other parts its marked "60"

The side plate is the part above the trigger and it is marked '09'.
If you believe that it was stamped up-side -down......I don't think the pistol would be excepted that way.

    Jason
