of a leap of faith required.

I was addicted to the "Hokey-Pokey" but I've turned
myself around.
As far as I know, this mark is still unidentified.
Many of us believe that it might not be a makers mark but a
quality control stamp. Another theory is that the mark is the mark
of whoever may have supplied the pins as this style pin has been
seen on crosses with completely different core details.
The core details of this cross match one of the generic cores used
by a few different companies. The frame details are some what similar
to those by ( J.H. Werner ) and by ( JWS) So I would start by trying to match
yours against crosses made by those companies
