Ken,
An absolute beautiful specimen. Now, I see you are becoming very particular as to ring stamps as well.. We fellow Imperial Anonymous addicts meet every Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. See you there!

I think that having an example with the mark just rounds it off for me.
Oh how i wish we could all meet up and chat EKs over a coffee, wouldn't that be great.

Absolutely! That would be awesome.

Ken,
That is a great looking cross. The condition is outstanding.
I don't really collect TR items and only have 3 1939 Eks but I do like
the Spange to the Ek. There's just something about them that I like.
I just wish they weren't so damned expensive.
The 1914 Ek2 with a 1939 spange attached to it, makes for a pretty
impressive combination.

I was addicted to the "Hokey-Pokey" but I've turned
myself around.

Another nice example Ken. The spange? It only means that you'll find an even nicer one next time

Thank you Greg, wanted a WILM since I started with my addiction. Finally one came along.

Thanks Jamie, that is if I don't find more Imperials first.

Very nice addition Ken!
It appears to be an earlier example with a sand cast core.
I have two examples, one with a sand cast core, with a poorer maker mark, and one with a later core, with a clearer maker mark.
Maybe this has something to do with the quality of the maker's mark.
Ralph.

Thank you Ralph. You might well have something there regarding the mark. I will look out for a later WILM to join the collection.
