Yes indeed, AH was a recipient. If that Beamten ribbon is original, it's worth more than the cross.

May I ask about the ribbons? Just starting out on these awards and would appreciate the info or a link that explains it.
I've had a few of these over the years but always passed them on quite quickly, wish I'd looked at them more.

The ribbon in the OP is for Beamten, or military officials, so sort of a non-combat ribbon. They are much harder to find on that ribbon than the usual statute ribbon.
