Here is an interesting piece you guys might like. I know that these sort of presentation pieces are heavily faked these days, but this is a real one, with the commemorative jeweler piece for service on the eastern front. Of course one of the nuts on the reverse of the EK is replaced, but otherwise a neat set. There are traces of a jeweler name inside the lid, but I can't make it out. And being an EK ignoramus, maybe someone can help with the maker of this cross.

Very cool set. Love that Eastern front pin made with the coins.
"Please", Thank You" and proper manners appreciated

It's a very nice cross Vince.
I would have commented when you first posted it but I've been searching
for a clue as to who the maker might be. I still am not 100% certain.
It looks very much like a JWS made piece however I have never see a
    screwback version. Normally only pinbacks.

Thanks Greg, I freely admit that I can barely tell one from another after a lifetime of collecting.

    Vince,
    A very nice set indeed.

I also try very hard to identify unmarked EK's, sometimes I get it right but others I seem not to be able to nail down. All part of the fun though.

Thanks Ken. I picked up this set many years before the current fleabay hoard of junk appeared as I just thought it kind of unique and different.
