Eisernen Kreuzes 1870 - Grand?

I see this prussian cross advertised as a GRAND CROSS. does this look like an original award? The close up showing finish is a little rough, pocked not smooth.

This is an old reproduction.
Look at how poorly the frame was cut out. Very uneven around the beading on the arms
and inner corners. Not a die struck frame.
