This is purporting to be a Juncker-made award type. However, the length of the pin is a bit long. More detailed photos would be required to assess this one properly.

Let me dig out my example. This badge should have a separate backing plate.
I agree with Vince's observations. The pin is too long.
Any Juncker piece that I have seen with the ray back, the back plate is
oval shaped with smooth, uniform edges. The one posted, the ray back
follows the depressions in the laurel leaves .

Thanks for posting those images Greg, I've been too busy to get mine out. You can also see a subtle telltale crimp at the top of the pin which is also characteristic of these badges.
