I'm not even sure it is military. Kind of looks like two soup spoons behind a pot. :-)

There also appears to be a crossed spoon and fork at the top!

Could be a Military or scouts cooks badge??

maybe from the shape of a pot and lid could be a field kitchen. I was looking for a long time and nothing. find is from czech

I've tried searching.....found nothing. A field Kitchen is a good guess.
