You can see some common stickpins in my grandfather's medals, but the one for his regiment, the 203 Reserve, is pretty cool.

Instituted on the 16 May 1930 by the Reichsverband zur Zucht und Prüfung deutschen Warmbluts, so technically it qualifies, this is my very rare Deutsches Fahrereabzeichen/silver horse driver's miniature. I even have the full-size award.
