Nice; but do allow me to point out that this card has actually nothing to do with a "Wihelm Howen"; it was sent from the city of Wilhelmshaven. (The dedication is from a man with the first name Heinrich to his brother.)

its quite hard to make out the writing to translate but would be a research hobby in its self
