WW1 Iron cross Real? opinions please

G'day Guys i have a chance to buy this Cross and hoped someone can tell me if it"s real and what it's worth.
It's marked WS on the ring has a Silver frame and magnetic core and has the paperwork dated 1917 Thanks

That's a good price for just the cross, if the paperwork is included then it's even better!
