    M42 HEER with Toned Decal or KM ?

    I'm guessing the decal is toned but I thought I'd get your opinions. The helmet is an M42, FS64 number 4398. The tip of the chin strap is stamped but

    I have found these colour photographs that show PAF Pilots after receiving the Distinguished Flying Cross, plus a PAF awarded the Distinguished Flying Medal.
