A request for help in determining if this nahkampfspange box is original in your opinion? Who can be the manufacturer (if it is the original item) of this box?

No good.

Old animal based glue goes brown with age.

If you blacklight it, I strongly suspect it with light up!

Also there is no age or tarnish to the metal parts.
