3 DSK medical badge

Please excuse my ignorance as it is many years since I have collected Polish Second Corps items.I recently however picked up an item which has all the signs of being a 3DSK badge by Loreoli.It is small being only 23mm and made from an enamelled brass .The screw back fixing has the typical Loreioli circular nut I assume it is either a Medical or Pharmacological related unit but can anyone help in identifying it? many thanks
