Allow me to introduce…myself
Hello.
Little about myself:
1st Cav/3rd CR Infantry vet in OEF
Graduated from Texas A&M
My Great Grandfather was in H Company, 2nd Battalion 9th Infantry, 2nd Infantry Division in WWI.
Grandfather was drafted in late WWII and ended up as a sports column writer for the Army newspaper.
Father was a U2 pilot in the USAF.
Been collecting mostly WWI and WII items for ~10 years and lately have found this site to be a wealth of information. Especially now that I’m getting more into the British and Commonwealth areas that I don’t have much experience with. Looking forward to learning a lot and seeing people’s finds.
Thank you!
