Can't Identify This Patch!

Hey Everyone,

Before I talk about the help I need. I am a big time history buff and have a small collection of items. I am mostly interested in collecting weapons WW1 to Vietnam. Other stuff I get in auction lots or at sales mostly funds my weapons collecting. With that said. I have an item for my first post that I can't find any info anywhere!!

First is the Army Air Corp or USAF PAtch?? I have spent days trying to ID and it's driving me crazy! I think it probably later than WW2, but I am still a noob on patches.
