I am a retired IT specialist living in Halvergate Marsh just outside of Norwich. Some years ago a B24 Liberator was excavated a few hundred yards form out house -- https://www.warrelics.eu/forum/battl...norfolk-352990. I am interested in the history of that particular crash and other relics in the area. I am firmly anti-war as it is always the working classes that are sacrifice to enrich the arms manufacturers and the rulers sitting far behind the lines.. As Paul Valery wrote "War: a massacre of people who don't know each other for the profit of people who do know each other but don't massacre each other." That said we must still respect those who do get massacred and never forget them.
