    I've recently got this sew on patch which I believe is totally genuine, I believe it is of elite/ss nature as it contains a red skull and crossbones (probably wrong though). If any experts out there could identify the faction/regiment or offer anymore info it would be very appreciated quite interested. Here is the image:
